Unfiltered fresh oil from the autochthonous Sicilian olive varieties Moresca and Biancolilla. The first oil of the season is intense green in color with intense fruitiness, pungency and bitter notes, aromas of fresh grass and artichoke. Its spicy and bitter notes are pronounced and are particularly aromatic on a slice of toasted white bread. Wonderful with grilled meats, vegetable soups and pasta.
