Wild porcini mushrooms cut into fine lamellae and dried naturally. Beautiful quality.
Use: Soak porcini mushrooms in warm water for 30 – 45 minutes, then drain in a sieve. Strained soaking water can be used for the preparation. Afterwards, you can continue to prepare the porcini mushrooms as desired.
Excellent with meat dishes, pasta, risotto, mushroom slices or as a garnish in soups and sauces.
As a garnish, sauté in a little butter with some onion, garlic and parsley, season.
