Milk chocolate made from Criollo beans from Papua New Guinea, with fine caramel notes and an intense cocoa flavour, combined with candied violet blossoms, strawberries and grains of paradise – an intense floral delight.
Now in its fourth generation, the Schell family runs a hotel, confectionery and café in Gundelsheim, Baden-Württemberg. With the aim of bringing out quality, transparency, fairness and the best flavours from the cocoa beans, Schell recently decided to no longer be “just” a confectioner, but to produce from bean to bar. We are happy about this; the chocolates are great.
