Boris Bachofen has been passionately involved in bee and treekeeping for over 35 years. He produces excellent honeys in the Lake Neuchâtel area. This light spring honey (Miel de printemps) is harvested in Prise Imer, between Neuchâtel and Rochefort, and is velvety smooth on the palate and harmonious in taste with the finest malty notes.
