Syrup, Zitronenmelisse (Lemon balm) 7dl

This extract of lemon balm leaves gives drinks or desserts a fresh sweetness with a light lemon flavour.
All Sirupier de Berne products are naturally crafted from the juices of dried herbs or fruits, without any flavour enhancers. Their long shelf life is due to a combination of sugar, citric acid, and hot filling. The vibrant colours result from gentle processing. Cloudiness is harmless, simply shake well before use.
