This walnut of the variety “Lara” comes from Thurgau, more precisely from the area around Hörhausenist. In terms of taste, it is one of the finest varieties and it delights us with its mild, almost sweetish aroma, highly recommended even for people who react to tannins of walnuts.
The nuts are washed immediately after harvesting and then immediately dried.
