Yogi tea has its roots in the holistic healing traditions of India. Served hot, it is soothing and warming; served cold, it is wonderfully refreshing and energising.
Preparation of Tchai:
Boil 10 g of the Yogi spice blend in 1 litre of water, or pour boiling water over it. Let it steep for at least 5–10 minutes.
If desired, add 6 g of black tea and steep for another 5 minutes. Strain and refine with milk to taste.
Enjoy hot or cold.
