The Sur del Lago region, located in the tropical lowlands south and west of Lake Maracaibo in Venezuela, is home to Trinitario cocoa with a high Criollo content. This cocoa is used to create a bold dark chocolate characterized by deep roast aromas and notes of ripe fruit.
“Making art through chocolate” is the motto of Katalin Csiszár and Zsolt Szabad, and anyone who has held and tasted their chocolate knows it to be true. The Rózsavölgyi team works with traditional methods and pure ingredients to capture the most natural flavours, combining meticulous craftsmanship with contemporary design to create an unforgettable experience – a true work of art.
