A crispy Piedmontese speciality made from a dough of flour, water, butter, honey, yeast and salt, which is rolled in sugar and baked in the oven. Also known as ‘taralli dolci’, they are the sweet version of ‘grissini’ and are ideal as an accompaniment to ice cream, zabaglione or simply on their own.
