Cumin/Jeera bio 50g

Cumin is a much-used spice in Indian, North African and Central American cuisine. It is an important ingredient in many curry mixtures, falafel, pita bread or in chilli con carne. Not to be confused with conventional caraway, cumin has an indescribable aroma. The whole seeds can be roasted in a little oil or dry, so that the flavours can fully develop.
