The fruity and floral cocoa used for this creation comes from Grenada, also known as the “Spice Island”, located north of the Venezuelan coast. Domaine L’Esterre has been owned exclusively by the Ramdhanny family for more than 70 years. The cocoa is cultivated according to strict organic farming principles and sustainable agroforestry practices, helping to preserve the richness and fertility of the soil. Thanks to its traditional production without added cocoa butter, this bar has a distinctive crunchy texture.
Orfève was founded in Geneva in autumn 2017 by François-Xavier Mousin and Caroline Buechler. With great passion and expertise, they produce outstanding single-origin chocolates that allow the character of each origin and cocoa variety to shine through.
