With “Caffè freddo” syrup, you can quickly refine delicious coffee drinks and desserts. For a refreshing iced coffee, simply dilute with a little water, top up with milk and add ice cubes. It also tastes wonderful as a creamy Caffè Latte in warm, lightly frothed milk. In the kitchen, the syrup is ideal as an aromatic sweetener for desserts, ice cream, frozen yoghurt, lassi, yoghurt, Birchermüesli or fruit salad. It is also perfect for soaking or glazing pastries.
All products from Sirupier de Berne are naturally produced from juices of dried herbs or fruits, without any flavour enhancers. Their long shelf life comes from the combination of sugar, citric acid and hot filling. The vibrant colours are the result of gentle processing. Any cloudiness is harmless – simply shake well before use.
