Hawaii salt black 100g

This distinctive sea salt comes from the Hawaiian island of Molokai. Seawater is gently evaporated using solar energy, producing medium-grained salt crystals that acquire their characteristic deep black colour through the addition of pure activated charcoal. With their mild, aromatic flavour and striking appearance, these crystals add a special touch to a wide variety of dishes. Particularly well suited for finishing fish, seafood and especially scallops.
