The Finnish Mulled wine Loimu is made according to a Finnish recipe from natural ingredients.
For the 2023 vintage, plums and blackcurrants were preserved in liqueur using a traditional method. At the end of July, the berry infusion has been mixed with spices (cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, vanilla, ginger), sugar, red wine and a dash of date distillate. During the following storage, the flavour had plenty of time to fully develop before the Loimu was bottled at the end of September in the beautiful bottles.

Preparation: Heat the ready-to-drink mixture in a pot or cup to approx. 60°C. Do not boil!
