Murray River Salt pink, Australia 50g

Culinary experts refer to these delicate, paper-thin salt flakes from Australia as the “silk of salt”. Their natural, soft pink hue comes from algae found in the brine of the Murray-Darling Basin. To harvest the salt, the brine is channelled into shallow pools, where the water slowly evaporates under the sun and wind. This process creates exceptionally fine, fragile salt crystals on the surface.
