Hawaii salt red 100g

This medium-grained, rust-red sea salt also comes from the Hawaiian island of Molokai. It is harvested using solar energy and enriched with red volcanic clay, known as Alaea clay, which gives the salt crystals their distinctive colour. With its savoury, aromatic flavour, this salt is ideal for enhancing soups, sauces, marinades, polenta, risotto and grilled dishes. It also pairs beautifully with raw fish starters and makes an excellent finishing touch for savoury appetisers.
